I say first because Italy is one of those countries that you can visit many times and there will always be new things to get to know. It is truly a unique country! Rome, Capital of the Republic, seat of the Papacy, located on the banks of the Tiber, with its numerous monuments of solemn and grandiose architectural character, cradle of Western civilization and heart of Catholicism, is called the Eternal City, that is, the city for excellence! Today it is the center of Italian political and cultural life, but it is the testimonies of the extraordinary richness of its artistic, historical and cultural heritage, of magnificent works, especially during the Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque periods, that have made Rome, throughout the times, one of the most popular tourist destinations for people from all over the world.
