Taking photos at Lake Maggiore and Lake Como: Priss Arteaga Fotografia
My name is Priscila Arteaga, I’m 32 years old, I’m from São Paulo, I’ve been a photographer for 10 years, and I work in the area of photoshoots and social events. I’ve been living in Italy for 9 months, and it wasn’t hard to fall in love with this country so full of beauty and charm. This is where I decided to develop my gift and go in search of new personal and professional challenges!
My mission is to show, through my lens, all the magic and poetry that this country has to offer us, both for Brazilians and foreigners. In the academic area, I graduated as a technician in photographic processes at Senac, in Santana, São Paulo.
My life in Italy
I currently live in the province of Varese, about 1 hour away from Milan, and I have the privilege of living in a small commune, which, in addition to being a place full of charm, offers me as a ‘gift’, a magnificent view of the second largest Italian lake: the iconic Lake Maggiore.
Living in this territory, in addition to feeling privileged, I can show all the beauties, details, and splendid panoramas that surround me, and that, day after day, surprises me! It is a ‘different’ city every day, whether with the change of seasons or with the movement of tourists and locals. My proposal to you is to be able to record the unique moments of each one who passes through here, making your trip, in fact, eternal! After all: when we pass by somewhere, we leave a little bit of our heart there, and we take a little piece of that place with us!
Types of Services
There are a multitude of types of essays, but among the main ones we can mention are children’s photo sessions, couples, pregnant women, families, and female portraits, as well as baptism and tourist photoshoots. By hiring my services, I can give you the guarantee that the final result will be impeccable and, without a doubt, you will have unique memories for the rest of your life!
It will be a pleasure to record everything with great care, attention, and dedication, and this is how I work with all my clients. It is important to remember that hiring a professional who knows the region changes everything because this person knows the best angles, the best time of the day in terms of lighting, the best locations, and, all of this together, becomes art in the professional’s hand.
Today, I offer 3 types of packages to meet your needs:
With a short conversation, we can decide together which package is best for you! As it is a place full of curiosities and with many points to know, a photo shoot can last between 2 and 3 hours; it all depends on the type of package hired and the type of shoot desired. In any case, it is a unique experience!
Photos in the Lake Maggiore Region
In this territory, the most beautiful spots to take incredible photos are Isola Bella and Isola Madre, but I must mention that several other options, itineraries, and places can provide us with perfect scenarios for a majestic rehearsal!
It is important to remember that if it is necessary to purchase tickets for the intended places for the photos, the purchase must be made in advance, which is why it is so important to organize, plan, and carry out, before your trip, all the programming of the itinerary that will be covered during the rehearsal.
One of the biggest questions customers have is: what if it’s a cloudy day? What if the islands are closed? Can I go in any season?
Let’s go! Many ask me what the best period to close the service is, and it is good to know that the islands work between spring and summer, that is, six months a year. During autumn and winter, these locations remain closed, as it is also considered a low season period, but don’t worry: if you only have availability to travel during this period, know that I offer other itinerary options for rehearsals, and one of the most beautiful is the itinerary through Lake Maggiore. The weather also influences the type of outfit you can use for your photos, so reinforce: organize yourself in advance. Find out all about the Climate in Italy here!
Why do I suggest you hire my services?
The only reason is only one: to let you have everlasting memories of everlasting moments! When we travel, we go through very special, unique experiences that we eternalize in our memory. And how about eternalizing this moment to have them in the palms of your hands? A photograph tells a story; it takes us back to moments full of affection and joy; it offers us the benefit of longing and of reliving magical sensations just by looking at an image.
A photograph offers us something that nothing else can offer us: a journey after your journey! And don’t worry if you’re not familiar with the camera lens; I’ll help you with all the details, and the final result will surprise you, you can be sure!
Oh, I’ll leave you with a golden tip:
The best option to get to the Lake Maggiore (Stresa) region is from Milan by train. The trip takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the ticket costs between 8 and 10 euros. The companies that operate the stretch are Trenord and Trenitalia. That is, a quick, incredible day trip that will surprise you! Click here and learn all about trains in Italy!
