Our Introduction

The reason behind the great tourist development in Veneto has its reasons, because this region is a true pearl, whether from a natural point of view or for its numerous artistic and cultural resources. There is nothing left for us to do but discover these beauties and places, starting with the wonderful and magical Venice, even if the purpose of this text is to show you some cities in this region that are a little less famous, where art and history intersect with the beautiful panoramas creating unique atmospheres. Here’s how my consultancy works.

1) Discovering Veneto? GET TO KNOW VENICE

Let’s start with the splendid Venice, which represents one of the most important and romantic places, its eternal beauty, unchanged for centuries and its fascination makes it one of the most beautiful places in Italy, if not in the whole world. The Basilica of San Marco, the Doge’s Palace, the magic of a gondola ride or a walk along the streets of the historic center, are experiences that only these places can give you and that will be difficult to match. If Venice is beautiful, the Ville Venete (Villas of Venice) are also spectacular, majestic rural houses of the Venetian aristocracy, which are equal in luxury and wealth to the palaces of the city of Venice, enriched by luxurious gardens with plants and water features. Among the Venetian villas, those built by Andrea Palladio stand out, included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. These residences tell a very precious face of the Veneto. 2) Discovering Veneto? GET TO KNOW PADUA

Now let’s see the lovely Padua. Evidence of its glorious past is the backdrop for the bustling student movement that has always inhabited the city, which is home to one of the oldest and most important universities in Europe. Padua is one of the most active and interesting cultural centers in Veneto. When in Padua, do not miss the Chapel of the Scrovegni, entirely painted by Giotto, the Civil Museums of the Hermits, the old Café Pedrocchi, Palácio do Bò, Prado do Vale, the Basilica of Sant’Antonio and the Botanical Garden. 3) Discovering Veneto? GET TO KNOW VICENZA

Whether it’s the first time or not, visiting a city like Vicenza is always a great experience. This beautiful city has usually been ignored by tourists or considered as a passing destination to reach other more popular destinations, but this is not the case, because Vicenza is a place to get to know and admire. Not only to mention the numerous buildings by Palladio, but because it is like an open-air museum, and since 1994 it has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site, I limit myself to listing the five most beautiful things to see, especially among the buildings in the center, such as the Palladiana Basilica, the Teatro Olimpico, the Chiericali Palace, the Square of the Lords, the Basilica of Monte Berico and the Cathedral of Santa Maria dell’Anunciata. 4) Discovering Veneto? VISIT LAKE DI GARDA

In the list of the most beautiful places to visit in the Veneto region, the splendid Lago di Garda cannot be missed. The regions of Lombardy, Trentino and Veneto find here a meeting point, the part of the lake that is in Veneto is part of the province of Verona where we find beautiful places to discover that appear along the shores of the largest side of Italy: Sirmione, Bardolino, Lazie, Torri del Benaco, Garda and Malcesine, these places offer a fascinating union of traditions, history and breathtaking panoramas. The Walled Cities

Among the charming places in Veneto are also the Walled Cities that prove how long and rich the history of the region is, such as Soave, Legnago and Peschiera del garda, Montagnana, Arquà Petrarca, Marostica, Bassano del Grappa, Castelfranco Veneto, Asolo and the cast could go on and on, as we have many more in beautiful Italy. You must visit one of these walled cities, as they represent a precious glimpse into the past of this brilliant and fascinating territory.

5) Discovering Veneto? GET TO KNOW VALSUGANA

It is also interesting to visit Valsugana, a valley of a hundred treasures and a thousand surprises, mainly because of the many places to discover it offers, such as the beautiful ones: Oliero Cave, the fantastic panoramas along the Brenta side, the lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo. These are extraordinary places that present intense and spectacular emotions.

6) Discovering Veneto? GET TO KNOW THE DOLOMITES

How to miss The Dolomites? UNESCO World Heritage Site, which holds some of the most beautiful places with fabulous scenery in any season of the year, in addition to a wide range of outdoor sports activities. Among the small towns that seem to belong to a very distant past, there are so many picturesque lakes with a thousand reflections and internationally known places, including Cortina d’Ampezzo, considered the “Pearl of the Dolomites”, synonymous with glamour, sophistication and exclusive services.
